He has written training curricula for more than more than a dozen law enforcement and corrections agencies, and served as a trainer for the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, focused on the PREA Standards, ensuring adequate protections for LGBTQ+ individuals in custody, and the conduct of appropriate investigations of allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment.

The target audience for this course is: Correctional Officers; in the following settings: Adult Corrections, Juvenile Corrections.
