Mrs. Cobb is a Lead SME Writer/Trainer at Relias. Her primary writing responsibilities are in the content areas of public safety and behavioral health. Dr. Catey has over two decades of experience in criminal and juvenile justice, sexual safety, and behavioral health. This experience includes work for the Montana Department of Justice, the Montana Department of Corrections, the National PREA Resource Center, and as an independent consultant to public agencies and nonprofits working in the criminal justice space. He has written training curricula for more than more than a dozen law enforcement and corrections agencies, and served as a trainer for the Montana Law Enforcement Academy, focused on the PREA Standards, ensuring adequate protections for LGBTQ+ individuals in custody, and the conduct of appropriate investigations of allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
