Instructor: Eva Martony, MS Ed.

Eva Martony, MS Ed, is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) with over 18 years of experience in the instructional technology and human performance improvement fields. She has managed, designed, and produced training programs and interventions in a variety of content areas for both the public and private sectors. Industry experience includes adult corrections, higher education, retail development, banking, and communications. For over nine years, Eva served as the curriculum manager for the Arizona Department of Corrections leading design teams and developing a variety of creative training solutions for staff, including professional and leadership development academies. She also served on the board for the International Association of Correctional Training Personnel (IACTP) for four years. Working in partnership with the National Institute of Corrections (NIC), she has developed correctional training materials for several programs including new warden training, crisis intervention, security audits, and staffing analysis. Eva’s instructional designs focus on interactive, participant-centered, performance-oriented learning.
